Dr Carnes has post-doctoral certifications in Diagnosis of Head & Neck Injuries from the Ligament Injury Institute. He recently completed advanced certification in Whiplash and Brain injury Traumatology, as well as Whiplash Biomechanics & Injury Traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego (SRISD), a research center devoted to the investigation of motor vehicle crash injury.
