Dr. Robert H. Rubino is a Certified Injury Claim Auditor (CICA), Doctor of Chiropractic, forensic injury consultant, and owner of Rubino Back &; Neck Care Center in Connecticut.

For more than 40 years, Dr. Rubino has evaluated, treated, documented, and managed thousands of patients suffering from motor vehicle accident injuries, spinal trauma, musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain conditions, and functional impairments.

Dr. Rubino earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. He later completed advanced training and examination requirements to earn the designation of Certified Injury Claim Auditor (CICA).
